Yes, you will need to provide your pet’s food, as well as any necessary treats or medications. If the food runs out during the service, the sitter will purchase more and the cost will need to be reimbursed to the sitter.  

All our sitters are carefully vetted and trained to ensure they provide the highest level of care for your pets. They undergo background checks, and we also have a team of experienced professionals who oversee the quality of service.

Yes, you can extend the service as long as we have availability. Please notify us as soon as possible if you’d like to extend, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. 

We will arrange a secure method for access, such as providing a key or access code for your home. If you’re not home during the service, we’ll ensure that we have clear instructions for gaining access to your property and caring for your pets safely. Additionally, it is up to you weather a sitter has access to the outside, inside or full property, ensuring you are comfortable with the sitters access.  

Taking your pet to the vet is a service that Pawsome offers both if something

happens to your pet while in the pet sitters care as well as a service for the client’s

convenience.

We care for a wide range of pets, including dogs, cats, birds, fish, reptiles, arachnids, and small pets such as rabbits, hamsters, guinea pigs, and ferrets. 

You can easily book a service by contacting us directly. We recommend booking at least a week in advance to ensure availability. 

The Pawsome Daily Check-Up includes fresh food and water for your pet, quality time and engagement, health and behaviour checks, and property checks to ensure everything is secure and in order. 

You’ll need to provide your pet’s food, water, toys, and any necessary medication. Additionally, make sure there’s a clean water source and waste disposal area. A secure space for your pet’s comfort is also necessary. 

Our dog walks are personalised to match your dog’s breed, age, and energy level, ensuring they get the right amount of exercise and mental stimulation. We offer walks in different durations: 30 minutes or 60 minutes. 

We send regular updates and photos to keep you informed about your pet’s well-being. We also take time to observe their health and behaviour and make sure they are happy and comfortable. 

Yes! Our Staycation Snuggles & Care service includes full-time care for your pets and home. You can choose between Paws & Pillows (overnight stays only) or Pawfect Staycay (comprehensive day and night care). 

Our grooming services are specifically designed to meet your pet’s needs. Whether it’s a bath for your dog or cat, nail trimming, or fur trimming, we use pet-safe products and techniques suited to your pet’s coat type and comfort.

Yes! Our Pet Space Sparkle service includes thorough cleaning for pet areas, such as bird cages, fish tanks, and dog or cat beds. We’ll clean and sanitise the space to ensure your pet has a hygienic environment. 

For most services, it’s not necessary to be home. We will make arrangements with you for access to your home and your pets. If you prefer to be at home during services, please let us know when booking. 

We recommend booking at least one week in advance to ensure we have availability, especially during peak times or holidays. However we can accommodate last minute bookings based on availability or the service required.  

Please provide detailed instructions for any medication or special care needs when booking the service. We’re happy to accommodate any specific requirements and ensure your pet receives the care they need. 

Yes! We offer discounts for clients with three or more pets or for services lasting over 14 days. Please inquire for specific pricing details. 

We accept payment via bank transfer or other payment methods as agreed upon at the time of booking. Invoices will be provided, and payment is due before or on the day of the service. 

Yes! We offer transport services for vet visits, grooming, or daycare. Our Tail-ored Trips service ensures your pet is safely transported with updates provided along the way.
